Savor the spirit of summer with our 'Beach Buddies' ceramic tile, where a Maltese and Labradoodle are ready for sun-soaked adventures. Handcrafted by the skilled artist Debby Carman, this tile captures the fun of a day at the beach with vividly painted pups in swimwear, complete with a surfboard and beach umbrella. Each piece, sculpted and painted by hand, adds a pop of seaside whimsy to your space, making it a fantastic gift for dog lovers or a special treat for yourself. As this is a custom-made piece, we ask for a 4-week period to perfect and ship your order.
THE PROCESS:
Handmade fine art ceramic scenic tiles are rolled to approximately 14x10 inches. Artist hand-sculpts the clay to shape this flat ceramic scenic tile and kiln fires to set. Each is hand drawn, acrylic hand-painted and kiln fired again. Once cooled, artist applies three layers of brushed glaze (non-toxic/lead free), and fires in kiln to perfection!
